Is your fish suitable for home freezing?
The simple answer is yes. While you cannot beat the taste and texture of really fresh fish, my customers tell me that our fish freezes exceptionally well with little discernable loss of quality. Do have a look at the EEC recommendations on our Frozen Facts page.
