Why don't you sell your fish as portions?
While some people would find it easier to buy in ready-made portions, it's illegal unless both the weight and price are clearly shown. Here at Fish for Thought, we are surprised that the Trading Standards Authority has not jumped all over the internet traders who are selling in this way. You may have noticed that even supermarkets clearly mark the weight (even if sometimes they are a bit peculiar to make it to a particular price).
